Matchmaking Coordinator
Do you have an eye for compatibility and a passion for helping people? In this role, you'll carefully review profiles, conduct interviews, and use our matching algorithm to pair homeowners and housemates who are set up for success. Your intuition and attention to detail will create lasting friendships and improve the lives of our members.
We're looking for an enthusiastic communicator to help more people discover Home Sweet Homeshare. You'll build relationships with senior centers, community groups, and local organizations to raise awareness of our service. Your creativity and networking skills will help us connect with seniors and potential housemates in need.
Are you a natural connector who loves building relationships? As a Community Success Specialist, you'll be the heart of our service, providing ongoing support to homeowners and housemates. You'll ensure smooth onboarding, proactively address questions or concerns, and foster a positive sense of community within our program.

How much vacation/sick time can I take?
